They say a photograph speaks a thousand words, but I think this one’s written its own crime novel. The heroine is the gutsy Scarlett, a red lipped, trench coat wearing PI, with an eye for crime AND STYLE. Cue soft rock ‘70s theme tune.
Just you WAIT until the next scene where she whips off the hat to reveal not only tumbling Charlie’s Angels-esque waves, but also a pocket dictaphone that secretly recorded Dr. Goodlove’s whole murderous confession. Nice work, Scarlett. Nice work.
I should also probably say that’s its a beautiful classic trench coat that will never, ever go out of style, but Murder She Wrote is starting, so I best be off.
